Welcome to Sonoma County

Our family-run farm is nestled on the slopes of Sonoma Mountain in Sonoma County, California, in a little town called Glen Ellen.

Behind the barn and our family’s home, you'll find an olive orchard home to 1,000 olive trees from Tuscany.

TUSCAN TREES

Imported as saplings from Lucca, Italy, in 1994, we planted four varieties of olive trees: Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccino, and Maurino.

These varietals produce what is considered a traditional Tuscan Blend of olive oil.

At thirty years old, our trees have now reached their prime. We harvest just once a year to create a small, artisanal batch of our Tuscan Blend EVOO.

ORGANIC & SUSTAINABLE

Over the years, our estate has become home to many rescue animals, including goats, chickens, and our beloved donkeys.

We consider our animals a part of our family and our workforce. Our animals contribute to the dynamic cycle of the farm. They support our sustainability efforts by grazing and fertilizing the soil.

To conserve water throughout the orchard, we’ve connected every tree to a simple drip irrigation system that provides the minimum amount of water necessary throughout the year.

Jorge and Raul prune each olive tree by hand to maintain the quality of the olives and the health of our trees.

We’re as dedicated to sustainability as we are to following organic farming practices. These practices protect our local environment, and they result in a full-bodied, bold, healthy super oil.

The hardworking team who care for our farm, Jorge and Raul, hand-pick the olives in October using rakes instead of industrial motorized machinery.

After we’ve harvested olives from all 1,000 trees, we haul them down the road to our miller in Sonoma the very same day. They naturally process the olives using a cold-press extraction method, ensuring our olives never touch heat or chemicals from branch to bottle.
